One of the great novelties of the La Liga EA Sports 2023-2024, which kicks off in a month's time, is how involved they are with a very valuable group within Spanish football: the fans.

This is the agreement announced by La Liga last week under which 15 First Division clubs will establish a fixed quota of 300 tickets at a price of 30 euros for visiting fans. This historic decision, which will directly benefit all fans, whether they are members, season ticket holders or supporters of the clubs, responding to a long-standing demand by Aficiones Unidas, who have been waging the war for this change.

The organisation brings together 36 federations of supporters' clubs from First and Second Division teams, including the Confederació Mundial de Penyes del FC Barcelona, with whom they promote many of their future projects, always with the members and supporters as the main focus.

Thanks to their insistence, and the constant communication with La Liga, it has been possible to reach this agreement, which was announced after the XIX National Congress of Supporters' Clubs of Aficiones Unidas.

The offer of tickets at affordable prices for visiting supporters is a project that Aficiones Unidas have already successfully promoted among Second Division clubs. In this case, twelve seasons ago, the organisation managed to get the teams in the silver category of Spanish football to establish a ticket price of 15 euros for the visiting team's fans. This measure is also applied in other divisions, such as the Premier League.

The fight for the rights and benefits of Spanish football fans has been a priority for Aficiones Unidas since its creation in 1999, as well as the harmony between all of them. These are values that the Confederació Mundial de Penyes fully share.
