Gareth Bale went for a round of golf in Madrid while his teammates lost to Tottenham in Munich on Tuesday.
The Welshman wasn't included in Zinedine Zidane's squad for the Audi Cup after his proposed move to Jiangsu Suning collapsed.
As reported in El Confidencial, Bale was pictured playing golf at the Ciudad Grupo Santander course at 20:00 on Tuesday evening, just as Los Blancos finished their match.
That means that Bale almost certainly didn't watch a minute of the game.
The reasons for Bale's absence in Germany is still a mystery. Real Madrid stated that he didn't travel because negotiations were still ongoing with Jiangsu.
