Sami Khedira underwent an arthroscopic cleansing of the right knee and can immediately begin rehabilitation treatment.

'Today, in Augsburg, Germany, Sami Khedira underwent an arthroscopic cleansing of the right knee, performed by Dr. Uli Boenisch (assisted by Juventus Head of Medical Staff, Dr. Claudio Rigo).'
'The player can commence rehabilitation immediately.'
Khedira has played just 17 times this season due to a spate of injuries, and the German announced on his official Twitter early this month that he would give up the remainder of the campaign to go under the knife.
