Barça Atlètic have more internationals than eight teams in LaLiga!

Barça Atlètic find themselves in a unique situation whenever there are FIFA dates. On the one hand, the satisfaction of seeing how several of their players count for the national teams, and not just in the youth teams. But on the other hand, the difficulty that comes with preparing for the weekend's match with significant absences, as is the case for Rafa Márquez's team, who will play this Saturday (7pm) in Sabadell without Arnau Tenas (Spain U-21), Chadi Riad (Morocco senior), Alpha Diounkou (Senegal U-23), and Víctor Barberá and Ilias Akhomach, both with Spain U-19.

Barça Atlètic are not only the team from the Primera RFEF with the most internationals, but up to eight teams in LaLiga have fewer players in their respective national teams than the Catalan club's reserve side. They are Elche, with one international, Cádiz (2), Getafe and Almería (3), and Espanyol, Girona, Osasuna and Valladolid, with 4 internationals each.

Rayo Vallecano have the same number of players (5), meaning that only 11 teams in the top flight outnumber Rafa Márquez's team.

Real Madrid, with 13 players, are suffering the biggest diaspora this time around, followed by Atlético, with 12, and Valencia (10, despite their difficult situation in La Liga).

Barça's first team has seven players in its different national teams, although it is true that in principle there nine, but Ronald Araujo and Frenkie de Jong both have injuries.
