Barcelona goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny was seemingly caught on camera smoking in the dressing room after his side's 4-0 victory against Real Madrid.
The former Arsenal man, who came out of retirement to act as Hansi Flick's back-up stopper until the end of the season, lit up while celebrating with his team-mates.
Madrid's 42-match unbeaten run in LaLiga came to an end after their crushing defeat at the Bernabeu and their fierce rivals partied away after the final whistle, with a smiling Szczesny spotted standing at the back of the group.
While it is not clear whether Szczesny puffed on a cigarette or a vape, a small cloud of smoke could be seen drifting above Lamine Yamal and up toward the ceiling.
A second-half double from Robert Lewandowski had placed Barcelona in cruise control while Yamal and Raphinha also found the net in the closing stages.
Szczesny watched on from the bench as an unused substitute and is still to make his debut for his new club despite being drafted in to replace Marc-Andre ter Stegen, the No 1 having suffered what is suspected to be a season-ending injury.
During his spell at Arsenal, Szczesny was dropped by Arsene Wenger and fined £20,000 for smoking in the showers after the 2-0 defeat by Southampton in 2015.
The match marked his final Premier League appearance for the Gunners with the Pole then shipped out on loan to Roma in Serie A in July.
However, Szczesny has insisted he has no plans to break the habit.
He told Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo: 'There are things that I don't change in my personal life and it's nobody's business if I smoke.
'I believe that it doesn't affect what I do on the pitch, I work twice as hard.
'I don't do it in front of kids because I don't want to have a bad influence on them.
'Sometimes somebody will take a photo from the trees where I have a cigarette, that's on them, not on me.
'If somebody thinks that I will change the way I am in my personal life they can think again because I am who I am. I've been this way my whole life.'
Szczesny spent seven seasons at Juventus, making 252 appearances, before retiring. Previously, he played 181 times for Arsenal over an eight-year spell.
