I'm so very proud of Sergio Roberto, he's the finest example for all the kids in La Masia, he displayed the perfect qualities required in a Barca player to make it to the first team, grit, determination, patience & Desire. He started off as a bench player, was used by Luis Enrique in almost 5-6 different positions, year by year, he took strides, from a squad player to a utility man, filling in voids created by players through suspensions or injuries, & finally he got one area where he could make it his own, his odds to fail were bigger than him to succeed, being a Midfielder, he was asked to take up the right back role because of the failures of Vidal, and not he grabbed it with both hands, his desire to succeed at Barca & play anywhere to help out the team, has made him in of the strongest pillars of the team. I'm so proud that, he's been made the captain. An inspiration for the La Masia Academy. La Masia, an inspiration & an example to the footballing world, why we are the biggest club in the world.

This is indeed very good. Don't just build the image of "La Masia" alone, but build the platlyers to become great heroes of the club and stop wasting money on ready made legs. Xavi is gone, Iniesta just left, Puyol has no replacement except through big money moves from other clubs. Make other young ones to grow and a new Messi would emerge.
