Beckham affair: Rebecca breaks silence after documentary reignites controversy

David Beckham’s former personal assistant has taken a renewed round of criticism after the documentary that chronicles the former soccer player’s life.

The name of Rebecca Loos has resurfaced after many years of silence. The release of the documentary “Beckham,” available on Netflix, has brought back to mind the alleged affair between the former Real Madrid and Manchester United footballer and his personal assistant when he arrived in the Spanish capital.

In the documentary, Victoria Beckham recalls this period as “the worst time in their marriage” due to the nightmare she had to endure for many months.

“It was the worst time in our marriage. The world was attacking us, and we were against each other. Up until Madrid, we were together, then we didn’t feel each other’s support. I can’t describe how it affected us. I had never been so unhappy in my life,” Victoria Beckham confessed, sparking a wave of negative comments against Rebecca Loos. Loos has responded to this public backlash towards her.

“I’m taking the unpleasant comments with all the humor I can,” said Rebecca Loos.

Loos also replied to various social media users who expressed their support for her amidst the recent hate. One user wrote, “Some of the comments on here are disgusting!!! Stay strong. You have a beautiful life with your gorgeous family which unlike others doesn’t have to fill the gaps by getting Netflix involced!!! Xx.”

This message triggered her first public reaction after the documentary’s release.

“Thank you. Am taking in the nasty comments with as much humour as I can,” was the response from Loos, who also used to work as an assistant to Ana Obregón, and currently resides in Norway with her husband and two children.

Loos and more alleged affairs with married men

Someone from Rebecca Loos’s inner circle also commented on the documentary’s segment that recalls Beckham’s alleged infidelity to his wife.

“Rebecca and David started to have a very close relationship, and there were many leaks from security staff. It became known that they met at the Hotel San Mauro. What happened in that room, only they know,” this person revealed.

Furthermore, this individual stated that Loos had two romances with very famous figures in Spain, both of whom were married.

“After that and after achieving her fame, I can say that apart from David Beckham, she has had relationships with two very well-known and married celebrities in the country.”
