Hector Bellerin says the goals will soon start to flow for Arsenal as the team continues to adapt to the methods of new head coach Mikel Arteta.
Bellerin believes the team is starting to show signs of progress under the 37-year-old’s stewardship and says further improvement will be demonstrated on the pitch when they return to action against Newcastle on Saturday.
"Mikel has always been very tactical in his work and in his whole life, he’s very professional with very clear ideas," the Spain international defender told Arsenal’s official website.
"It’s very early doors in time. [Mikel] has a new philosophy and the way he has implemented it in the last few games that we’ve played, there’s been a big change.
"I think sometimes we need to be a bit more efficient in front of goal [but] that’s also something that comes with confidence. When you see that you’re playing better and controlling games better, the goals are something that’s going to come. I’m sure you’re going to see that very quickly.
"For us, the promise is that we’re trying to get better every single day. When a different coach comes, there are different things that you’re being asked to do.
"The most important thing is to get things right and I think with the coaching that we’re getting and the tactical advice, if we do the things that they’re asking us to do we’re going to be successful."

I totally agree with you on this one, but I prefer Guendouzi than Xhaka. He's talented on both defensive and attacking
what have you been smoking

I've lived through the good times , and the not so good times with Arsenal and i now believe, we are on the right track with Arteta . I feel he'll be ruthless in the summer, selling the players he doesn't want and building his own team . I'm excited for next season... If we don't have faith? We have nothing....

Well spoken. But those strikers who have caused us to miss numerous scoring chances should be put aside and sold quickly. We should not allow one or two arrogant and casual individuals to keep on ruining chances of advancing in the league table. I'm particularly furious with Lacazette. He has wasted numerous scoring opportunities and he should no longer be fielded unless he promises to deliver on his assignment. He's very casual in front of goal. Before Arteta came, the defense and midfield were very weak. Arteta has strengthened all other departments, but the strikers have something negative on their mind. They must leave come the next transfer time.

I really hope so😏. Well auba is doing most of the scoring on the team . I expect much more goals from laccazette and N. Pepe. And Ozil needs to bring his 'A game' in matches and give loads of assist. And you bellerin needs to stay consistent on the pitch from every game now on.😁😁

Why can't we play 3-5-2 like Conte does at Milan to accommodate Auba-Laca... putting Auba wide has not worked well so far, and play a different attacking midfielder, they said if we give Özil players with pace, he's going to give good passes, but we played Aubameyang, Lacazette and Martinelli, 3 centre forwards against Burnley and I don't even remember a clear-cut chance he created... stop the experiments, its doomed to fail!
