With just nine games to go, Manchester City have regained top spot in the Premier League.

bet365's latest Premier League odds see Pep Guardiola's men at 4/11 (1.36) to retain their domestic crown, ahead of the Reds who are now 11/5 (3.20) to end their 29-year wait for a top-flight crown.
