Recent encounters between this pair have provided plenty of goalmouth action, and Al Hain-Cole expects another open game when the Reds face Howe's men
Liverpool will be aiming to reclaim top spot in the Premier League when they welcome Bournemouth to Anfield on Saturday.
The Reds have dropped into second place after consecutive draws against Leicester and West Ham, although they do have a game in hand over Manchester City.
Having run out 4-0 winners in the reverse encounter at the Vitality Stadium, they are 4/19 (1.21) favourites with SportPesa to move back into pole position with a victory here.
Eddie Howe's men have lost eight consecutive games on the road, and are 13/1 (14.00) outsiders to derail the hosts' title bid with a shock win.
Just one of the last 10 meetings between this pair has resulted in a draw, but there are odds of 23/4 (6.75) available on this one finishing up all square.
Trent Alexander-Arnold, Dejan Lovren, Georginio Wijnaldum and Jordan Henderson will all face late fitness tests, although Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Joe Gomez remain long-term injury absentees.
Lewis Cook, Simon Francis, David Brooks and Callum Wilson are all injured for the guests, while Nathaniel Clyne is ineligible to face his parent club.
While it is certainly too soon to talk of a collapse, there is no doubting the frustration felt by Jurgen Klopp's side after the last couple of matches.
Not only have defensive absentees cost them the previous solidity at the back, their usually prolific attack has struggled for cutting edge at the other end of the pitch.
This second problem is likely to prove less of an issue against a visiting team they have scored past 16 times in the last five meetings, and who have conceded more away goals than any other team apart from Fulham.
Nevertheless, the Cherries will also back themselves after putting four goals past Chelsea recently, making odds of 11/10 (2.10) look like solid value on over 3.5 goals being scored for the fifth encounter in six between this pair.

Well this might be the perfect opportunity for Liverpool as we have played quite well against them last term with Salah scoring a hat trick and we were high on in confidence after that and we won many games ........Now I want my team to replicate the same form again cause if we win we would have a lead above our arch rivals and this would keep the league interesting quite much ..........I believe we will do very well against Bournemouth and will come out in flying colours against them....... In Klopp we trust ........ You'll never walk alone......π

Liverpool defence is not a crisis, it hasn't conceded abnormally, our issue is with the strikers, they have become toothless. Moreso if Mane scores first, we would be doomed, he has bad effect in games that he scores first for Liverpool, check records and you will also realise even in UCL Final last year, he proceeded with the negative trend. Liverpool have to accept they don't have depth, Brewster, Ox, Gomez, Arnold and Lovren are tough absentees. A squad of 25 good players is more title tilting, and one can't count Sturridge, Keita, Origi,Lallana and Matip as up to the task.
