Goals from Simon Adingra and Wilson Odobert saw Brighton and Burnley share the points at the Amex Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The visiting side took a shock lead when Odobert found the top corner with a brilliant finish just before half-time.
The Seagulls looked better after the break and drew level though Adingra's header but failed to find a winner.
