I thought UEFA governed the fixtures .If not why do clubs have to give up the running of the ground during fixtures ie first few rows of seats for advertising

Looks so much better without the sponsors logo on. I think every club should off their club shirt for sale without a sponsor as why should I pay to be a walking logo for that club who earn millions from sponsorship.
