Burnley midfielder Ashley Westwood was stretchered off after suffering a serious injury against West Ham.
The 32-year-old collided with Nikola Vlasic and required medical attention for several minutes before being taken off in the 30th minute.
Vlasic was in emotional distress and had to be consoled by Hammers' captain Declan Rice after the incident.
