Burnely will have to battle for their first points of 2020-21 without Phil Bardsley on Monday, after the defender tested positive for coronavirus.
Sean Dyche's side face West Brom at the Hawthorns after a disastrous start to the season with three straight losses.
Bardsley started all three of the Clarets' defeats so far this season, but the 35-year-old has been replaced at right-back by traditional left-back Erik Pieters against the Baggies.
The Lancashire club announced the news on Twitter, writing: 'Phil Bardsley misses out tonight as he is self-isolating following a positive Covid-19 test.'
Bardsley now faces a 10-day isolation period which will see the defender miss a home clash with Tottenham next Monday, but the 35-year-old will be available for selection again when Chelsea visit Turf Moor on October 31.
Monday's replacement, Pieters, has played just once so far this season, coming on at the King Power to concede an own-goal in Burnley's 4-2 defeat to Leicester.
The Turf Moor side had another positive test back in May, with assistant manager Ian Woan enduring a period in isolation.
Bardsley will be watching on the edge of his seat from home - if he pays £14.95 - as Dyche's men look to move off the foot of the Premier League and climb out of the relegation zone with a victory.
