AC Milan full-back Davide Calabria has given an interview about life away from football in the current COVID-19 pandemic.
“We do normal things, we try to train a minimum. We read, we watch TV, a lot of Netflix,” he said.
On his diet: “Chicken breast and courgettes, even the sausages have been taken away [laughs].
“Training? We have a little program, I use the bicycle a bit with all the necessary precautions. Then when I come back I do some exercises for my upper body.
“It was right to stop. We were more concerned about family, grandparents and relatives. Of course you are a little afraid.”
One player who has contracted the virus is Calabria's former team-mate Patrick Cutrone.
“He wasn't good at all for a few days, he had a flu. He had no breathing problems, he only had a fever at 39-39.5 for a few days,” he revealed.
“Everyone is experiencing an alarm, Antonio and Gigio are training. Castillejo worries me because he is not used to being away so long, I don't know how he will return. He is certainly the best at cleaning at home.”
Are you afraid of returning to Milanello with a few extra kilos?
“I'm not someone who puts on a lot of kilos luckily.”
