There is still hope for Tottenham and Liverpool in the Champions League - but the picture is a little complicated.
Group A
Final round of fixtures (Tuesday, 11 December)
21:00 CET Club Brugge vs Atletico Madrid
21:00 CET Monaco vs Borussia Dortmund
On Wednesday, Atletico Madrid beat Monaco 2-0 and Borussia Dortmund drew 0-0 with Club Brugge.
Both teams are now through to the last 16. If they finish level on points Dortmund have the better head-to-head record. They beat Atletico 4-0 at home, before losing 2-0 away.
Club Brugge have qualified for the Europa League knockout stage.
Group B
Final round of fixtures (Tuesday, 11 December)
21:00 CET Barcelona vs Tottenham
21:00 CET Inter vs PSV
After beating Inter 1-0 at Wembley on Wednesday, Mauricio Pochettino's side moved up to second in the Group B table.
They are ahead of Inter because they have a better head-to-head record in their two matches - they lead the Italians on away goals.
Spurs lost 2-1 to Inter in the San Siro in their first meeting in September. So that's 2-2 on aggregate, as it were.
This all means that if they finish level on points with Inter they will be the ones who go through.
So, if Inter beat PSV at home in their final game, Tottenham must win in Barcelona. If Inter draw, Tottenham must draw and if Inter lose, Tottenham are through.
Group C
Final round of fixtures (Tuesday, 11 December)
21:00 CET Liverpool vs Napoli
21:00 CET Red Star Belgrade vs PSG
Liverpool's situation is slightly more complex.
They play at home to Napoli in their final group game on Wednesday, 12 December.
They have to win that match to have any hope of progress.
If they win and PSG are beaten at Red Star Belgrade, both Liverpool and Napoli will go through. Both teams will have nine points to PSG's eight, and who finishes top will depend on the result at Anfield.
There are two ways Liverpool can finish above Napoli - with a 1-0 win or with a victory by two goals or more.
A 1-0 win would edge them through on goals scored. That's the simple scenario. This next one is a little more complicated still.
If PSG draw at Red Star and Liverpool win, the Liverpool, PSG and Napoli will be level on nine points.
They would be separated by their record in matches against each other - essentially a mini three-team group, discounting results against Red Star.
A Liverpool victory on 11 December would see them top that on six points, with PSG and Napoli level on five points.
Who progresses out of those two would depend on Napoli's result at Anfield.
Group D
Final round of fixtures (Tuesday, 11 December)
18:55 CET Schalke 04 vs Lokomotiv Moscow
18:55 CET Galatasaray vs Porto
Galatasaray's 2-0 defeat at Lokomotiv Moscow meant by the time Porto and Schalke had already reached the last 16.
Porto sealed top spot with a 3-1 home victory over the Germans.
Group E
Final round of fixtures (Wednesday, 12 December).
21:00 CET Ajax vs Bayern Munich
21:00 CET Benfica vs AEK Athens
On Tuesday, 27 November, Bayern Munich thrashed Benfica 5-1 and Ajax won 2-0 at AEK Athens as both winners advanced to the knockout stage.
Bundesliga champions Bayern will top the group if they avoid defeat at Ajax, while the Eredivisie side need a victory to overtake them into first place.
Benfica take the consolation prize of a Europa League place, while AEK Athens are without a point and will finish bottom of the group.
Group F
Final round of fixtures (Wednesday, 12 December)
21:00 CET Manchester City vs Hoffenheim
21:00 CET Shakhtar Donetsk vs Lyon
Manchester City's 2-2 draw at Lyon allowed them to progress to the knockout stage and Pep Guardiola's side will finish top of the group if they avoid defeat against Hoffenheim in their final game.
Taison's injury-time winner for Shakhtar Donetsk at Hoffenheim put the cat amongst the pigeons for the second spot, as the Ukrainian side will go through if they beat Lyon .
Hoffenheim cannot progress, but will qualify for the Europa League if they beat City and Lyon beat Shakhtar.
Group G
Final round of fixtures (Wednesday, 12 December)
18:55 CET Real Madrid vs CSKA Moscow
18:55 CET Viktoria Plzen vs Roma
Real Madrid's 2-0 win at Roma ensured they will top the group, but the Italians also progressed to the knockout phase after CSKA Moscow were beaten by Viktoria Plzen.
CSKA, bottom of the group as it stands, need to better third-placed Plzen's result in the final game to clinch a Europa League spot in their place.
Group H
Final round of fixtures (Wednesday, 12 December)
21:00 CET Barcelona vs Tottenham
21:00 CET Young Boys vs Juventus
Juventus striker Mario Mandzukic and Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini scored the winning goals to take their sides into the knockout stage.
United will top the group if they beat Valencia - who will enter the Europa League - in their final game AND Serie A champions Juve suffer a shock defeat at Young Boys, who are eliminated from Europa contention and will finish bottom.

Liverpool need 2-0 goal, whatever the result but the difference should be two.. So with they be able to stop insigne, mertens and co... Currently napoli have 3 goals.. Liverpool only have 1 goal (by subtracting the goals liverpool conceeded--liverpool won 4-0 against redstar, 3-2 against PSG,beaten 2-1 by psg,2-0 against red star and 1-0 against napoli...... So for liverpool to get thier champions league last 16 spot.. Need a 2-0...(whatever the result but the difference must be a 2 goal difference)...red star are hold their record for not losing a home game for several years...i wish Goodluck for PSG though am not a PSG fan... Anything can happen.. Lets just wait for the result

Tottenham absolutely can't. Liverpool need goal difference unless PSG gets humbled by Red Star and it's an away game for PSG so all things are possible. PSG just needs to win though that's easier said than done cos ignorant fans will see this as an easy game but smart fans know that Red Star haven't actually lost at home. Of all the teams, Its possible that PSG go down....

After defeat in Match-day 5 of Champions League against PSG which takes Liverpool in a very serious case in such a tough group Well football is a game of uncertainties. Liverpool, who had the situation under control now find themselves in a fix. But according to the mathematical calculations, Liverpool need a 1–0 win to qualify which is achievable as they are playing on their home ground. They have made Anfield their fortress recently. So it is achievable for them Also Napoli are no pushovers. Ancelotti is known for his tricks in the big matches. He is someone who knows how to win them. Also they have the extra advantage of going through even with a draw. So in my opinion, PSG, and Napoli will pull through as Liverpool is a bit shaky nowadays on the striking side and also Napoli are solid on back. It will be an interesting encounter to witness in Anfield

Now coming to beating Barcelona part,,,, Honestly speaking it is not impossible but it is tough,,,, Spurs HAVE TO BEAT THEM TO REACH LAST 16,,,, There's no alternative, there's no other option left. Beating Barca isn't about defeating a team, it's about defeating the greatest player on Earth, Lionel Messi!! As much as I fancy Spurs to win, Messi has the ability to do something unbelievable in every game,,,,If and only if Spurs are able to take Messi out of the equation then they night have a slightest of opportunities,,,,Plus it's an away game so it's going to be tough,,,,Barca haven’t lost a ucl home match since a long time (can’t exactly say how long) but it’s long. And Barca recently lost a league match against Betis at Camp Nou so they will be desperate to not let anything like that from happening again in front of their fans This game should be a good watch but I think Barcelona will prevail because of a bit more quality and ends tottenham dreams

If Liverpool defeat vs Napoli and Red Star beat PSG. On that time it will be a big shame for PSG which spent hundreds million and Liverpool which went on top of Premier League.
