Lemme drop some talking points actually. 1. Chelsea attack needs improving. Yeah we scored 3 goals but in this game we could have had 4 in the first half and 7 overall. The wingers and forwards need to pick up the ability to be clinical cos so far only Hazard and Odoi look clinical enough to finish multiple chances from the wings and Higuain looks clinical enough to finish up front with Giroud on the off chance. Willian and Pedro just dont convert enough clear cut chances for me. 2. Defence needs improving. We have been better recently but Alonso and Zappacosta are finished, not even 2nd team material anymore. Christensen looked lost and that's down to lack of game time, he needs more time to get confidence and improve. Luiz was the only good thing about that defence. 3. Odoi is too good for the bench. Came on for 15 mins and scored a great goal and showed his ability and why he will be world class one day. He has that flair that the best players have, that ability to suddenly create something out of nothing. Only other players in our team with that ability are Kante and Hazard. Odoi can be the 3rd world class player in there if he plays. 4. Credit to them for having their fans back the team. Also thought their number 10 (Shaparov) was really good and their keeper was very unlucky cos he conceded 3 unsavable goals but otherwise was on point and kept them in the game.

If Mbappe's career is just like Hudson-Odoi's Career. He would still be in the AS Monaco academy.

Why can't hudson start or at least play the last 30 minutes of the game? It looks like kante is never going to play the number 6 role for sarri. maybe emerson should have played ahead of alonso because he was almost ineffective in tonight's game. Olivier is one of the most underrated strikers of all time. All in all the team played well. willian's goal was magnificent but they should be moore clinical next time out.

1. Since his Chelsea debut in September 2013, Willian has scored 11 direct free-kick goals in all competitions, more than any other Premier League player. 2. Olivier Giroud has been directly involved in seven goals in his last six Europa League games for Chelsea, scoring six and assisting one. 3. Chelsea is our name!!! #BLUE
