Chelsea have agreed a deal in principle to sign Enzo Fernandez from Benfica for £105m - a British record transfer.
The Blues have agreed to pay the release clause of more than £105m (€120m).
It is now a race against time to get this deal completely finished.
The World Cup winner is expected to travel to London shortly.
