Chelsea discuss a possible deal for Atalanta striker Rasmus Hojlund after Stamford Bridge talks

Atalanta striker Rasmus Hojlund could be on his way to Stamford Bridge in the summer after Chelsea ramped up their interest in the Danish international.

Hojlund is a self-confessed Manchester United supporter but is admired by Chelsea who are looking to land a new striker in the summer transfer window.
