Chelsea are reportedly on the verge of signing 17-year-old PSG midfielder Kays Ruiz-Atil.
Former Blues player and current 'technical mentor' Claude Makelele has travelled to Paris to work on a deal for the youngster, whose relationship with the hierarchy at the Ligue 1 champions has broken down, according to French outlet RMC Sport.

I see what the Chelsea plan is here let me shed some light the transfer market is kinda crazy right now and Lampard has shown is is more than willing to play young talent by the time they are 18 to 21 you don't have to go out and spend 100M+ to get them and they will stay with you for the long haul if you give them a chance which Lampard is doing so now it puts the club in a good position to get talent in at the early stage because the coach will back them and see the young lads play only makes more great young talent want to play for us so given time we will always have world class player's at little to no cost all that has to be done is pay wages and save all the cash we would have to spend 50M can go a loooooong way in wages to keep your world class home grown player's well paid and secure at the club that gave them their chance which in turn brings back loyalty so that's missing in football today
