Chelsea could welcome back Cole Palmer for Sunday afternoon's clash against London rivals Arsenal at Stamford Bridge after a lengthy spell on the side-lines.
Chelsea could see Cole Palmer return to the starting line-up when they meet Arsenal. The Blues are looking to continue their unbeaten streak when they take on Mikel Arteta's side at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.
The Club World Cup winners continued their excellent form with a 3-0 win over Barcelona in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday night. Chelsea have been building momentum ahead of the festive period, securing victories in five of their last six matches across all competitions.
Despite their impressive form, the west Londoners have struggled to overcome Arsenal over their last seven encounters. Enzo Maresca will be keen to change that trend at the weekend, and he might just have a secret weapon up his sleeve.
So, with that being said, Mirror Sport has rounded-up the latest Chelsea injury news and return dates;
Cole Palmer
After recovering from a groin injury, Palmer suffered a fractured toe. The midfielder hasn't played for Chelsea since he exacerbated his muscle problem at the end of September, missing out on 13 matches across all competitions.
What Maresca has said: "He's available for both (start and feature against Arsenal). His team-mates are happy, we are happy, and the most important thing is that Cole is happy."
Potential return date: Arsenal (H) - Premier League - Sunday, November 30.
Estevao Willian
Estevao looked to take a hit during Chelsea's victory over Barcelona on Tuesday night. After receiving treatment, the 18-ear old winger returned to the pitch briefly before being substituted.
Potential return date: Arsenal (H) - Premier League - Sunday, November 30.
Romeo Lavia
Lavia was compelled to leave the field in the early minutes of Chelsea's match against Qarabag, earlier this month, appearing to have sustained a muscle injury.
What Maresca has said: "We feel a shame for him, especially for him. He's not able to be fit for a long, long period. We will see now. It's too early to understand what kind of injury. I think it's his quad."
Potential return date: December.
Dario Essugo
Essugo suffered a thigh injury while representing Portugal's Under-21s in September. The midfielder, who had to undergo surgery, has recently returned to training.
What Maresca has said: "He took part in the session this morning. So, good news for both."
Potential return date: January.
Levi Colwill
Colwill tore his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) shortly after reporting for pre-season training. The defender underwent surgery in early August and is currently participating in a rehabilitation programme.
Potential return date: End of May.
