To be fair, Pochettino has made some stupid squad selections and subs in a few games, but it's the Chelsea players on the field who have missed big chances in games, squander many games from winning positions. Pochettino has tried with this young assembled team and having to battle so many injuries every week. In recent weeks, you can see a vast improvement in this Chelsea squad tbh. Another season I would give him to build on what he has started, and if there is no change in results, then replace him.
