Chelsea have received a major injury boost ahead of Wednesday's Europa League final against Arsenal, as N'golo Kante has arrived in Baku with the rest of the Chelsea squad.
The midfield dynamo is said to have picked up an injury in training on Sunday before the squad started their journey to Azerbaijan, but it was unknown how serious the knock was and if the Frenchman would even be able to travel to the match.
Chelsea arrived in Baku after a five hour flight on Monday night, images of the squad getting off the plane were not clear in showing if Kante was with the squad or not.
But, according to CarefreeYouth, who first reported the news of the injury, the midfielder has arrived in Baku, with the rest of the squad and appears to be walking freely off the plane, without the need for crutches.
The Frenchman has missed the end of the season with a hamstring injury, but seemed to have recovered in time to make the team for the Europa League final. However, the latest setback could mean that the two-time Premier League winner may only be fit enough for a place on the bench, where Sarri can name up to 12 substitutes for the match.
