Hirving 'El Chucky' Lozano is one of Europe's most wanted players. Since leaving Mexico he's enhanced his reputation at PSV Eindhoven in Holland and could now be set for a move to Chelsea.
The English club have been given the green light by coach Sarri to move forward with their interest and according to 'Calciomercato' will offer PSV around 40 million euros.
However, the Premier League side will face competition for Lozano. AC Milan are also keen, although PSV's financial demands could put them off, leaving Chelsea best placed.
Chelsea are also in the hunt for Borussia Dortmund forward Christian Pulisic, who would cost more than Lozano, as they look to improve their attack.
