Chilwell is hand-in-hand with Disick's rumoured love interest Holly Scarfone

Ben Chilwell looked like he'd scored during a night out in West Hollywood on Tuesday evening, while his England teammates prepared for an upcoming run of internationals.

The Chelsea defender is enjoying a pre-season break in California after spending much of the season recovering from a serious knee-injury, sustained during a Champions League match against Juventus in November.

Having since made a successful return to the pitch against Watford in May, Chilwell, 25, was in the mood to celebrate while out with TV personality Scott Disick's rumoured love interest, Holly Scarfone.

The England ace was hand-in-hand with Scarfone after dining at popular Los Angeles restaurant Nice Guy before taking the party to local nightspot Bootsy Bellows.

Chilwell looked relaxed in a T-shirt and embroidered jeans while crossing the sidewalk with the attractive brunette, who left little to the imagination in a thigh-skimming black dress.

She added to her look with a pair of matching black stiletto heels, while a tasteful embellished handbag appeared to be her only notable accessory.

Scarfone is perhaps best known for her appearance on season three of the Netflix show Too Hot To Handle, which became available on the streaming service earlier this year.

She reached the final with co-star Nathan Soan, but the couple ended their short-lived romance shortly after leaving.

The brunette has since has been linked to Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Scott Disick, with the pair recently seen enjoying a night out at Malibu restaurant Nobu.
