Man City are ready to enter the race for Inter Milan star Lautaro Martinez with Pep Guardiola reportedly seeing the striker as the perfect replacement for Sergio Aguero.
Martinez has long been linked with a move away from the San Siro and Barcelona have been the front-runners to secure his signature.
But Tuttosport report that Guardiola is hopeful he can entice the forward to the Etihad despite it being his dream to play alongside Lionel Messi.
