Greizman has not live up to his potential since his arrival. I dont know how valverde get the team ready or what he tells dem but the te he placed on the pitch should have demolished Granada. Valverde is to get some of the blame but there is more to it. This season we see the big clubs Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid happening to work harder for wins. Maybe players like Suarez, Bale, Griezman, Costa have not hit top form. Maybe the chemistry is not there for the teams. But there is an issue. Some of the core players on teams are getting older too which means reduced speed and endurance. Another thing is the injury problem for Real and Barcelona. All of these are factors to consider.

From his very first season, I have been saying he isn't a coach for Barcelona but people kept calling me names. His tactics are weak, we narrowly win of which most of the wins came as a result of individual performances/brilliance, he's too defense minded forgetting that the best form of defense is attack, he isn't bold nor have strong mentality, he's always trying to play safe and finally, I kept saying he was eroding our philosophy even when we had an unbeaten run in his first season because our matches were boring to watch. I don't blame this negative Mr Bean of a coach alone, he wasn't suppose to return to the club after Roma disaster yet he did, the same disaster came last season with Liverpool yet he was retained and to crown it all, he lost our birth right (Copa De Rey) by losing the final to Valencia that Arsenal flogged home and away in Europa and yet the board still didn't sack him. Let's motivate all the Camp Nou fans who will be watching our matches live at the stadium starting from midweek to raise banners with Bartlomeu Out, Valverde Out massively, maybe we might still be able to redeem this season but we obviously don't need Mourinho, he doesn't play Barca pattern of football nor possess our DNA. It will just amount to panic signing just like what Man U did and we all know the result. Pls call a spade a spade, if you have been following Barca from last season, you will notice lack of co-oordination between players, Messi Alone saved the team on more than 10 occasions, if there is no understanding and synergy among the players, do you now blame the players or the coach ? That Alone begs the question of "what do they do at trainings"? Barca now posses the ball without any clue on how to attack, the most obvious fact is they lack ideas on how to create scoring chances in the box, this still begs the question of "what do they do at training"? For pits sake, do not pin it on injuries, Mancity are in deep injury crises and Pep managed to beat Watford mercilessly, the problem is player selection, even a blindman knew Valverde was gonna play Grizzy at 11 which is wat he did to Coutinho, I fear if Messi gets injured again, Barca may likely not qualify from the group stage of the CL. Watch all the top clubs in each league and you'll realize Barca is in a serious trouble

Problems with Barca now: 1) Defence - Not at all weak but totally due to lack of concentration. They are keeping the ball too much with them as if they don't know what to do. 2) Midfield - Only Dejong and Messi was playing his natural game, they needs definite support in Defence and Front line. 3) Forward - Totally lack of concentration. They got frightened and worry more about loosing the ball rather than scoring. Last match till 70th minute there was not a shot on target. 4) Valverde is just following jis traditional way to train the world knows Barca is weak in defence now not because of less potential but of the wrong training provided to them. Actually, you can't expect the team to perform well while the defence is bogusly performing, the defence was vulnerable. A team like Barca should think of replacing Piqué, his performance has drastically decreased. Midfield was nowhere to be found, then how do you expect the team to attack and score? Come on guys! Barca have conceded more goals than any other La Liga Team and have scored more goals than any other La Liga Team, so consequently, this clearly explains what I have mentioned earlier. Check out, Sevilla are seating at the top of the table; because they have conceded fewer goals (1goal only in four games) yet they have scored 5 goals only. The defence is seriously vital.

I don't blame any player! Our only problem is that Virus- Valverde! Gone are the days teams win games just because of the caliber of players! Nowadays the coach is the real deal! As good as Messi is, he's going to have tough time playing for Valverde. Football is like chess! It doesn't matter the level of pieces you have, what matters is how you use them! Something told me griezman was not the right purchase for barca! i always believe his best position is in the hole behind the striker or as a false 9 (there is where he can be effective) but just like countinho varvede shanted him on the wing, where he is not that well equiped for the role, not that he can't play there but he don't have the tools to make him flourish there like lets say neymar, hazard e.tc he can't play in the hole because that is the position messi tend to occupy despite starting from right, and he can't replace suarez at the moment as a 9 which beg the question why sign him in the first place if i where varvede i would have ditched signing griez and go all out for neymar using the money used for griez and whatever other sum i would collect from player sales griez signing was doomed from the start in my humbled opinion
