Ronaldo has the greatest attacking header, the football world has ever seen. He has 140+ header goals in his career. Most players don't even have 100 goals in their career. So if you're coach would you ask ronaldo to play deep and waste his one of biggest strengths. If messi has aerial abilities techniques like Ronaldo do you think messi would play deep like he does. No absolutely not. And by the way people who are saying he is not a playmaker just know Ronaldo has selected for the uefa team of the year 4 times as a midfielder. Iniesta has 5 selections. 6 years he spent in Manchester he played LW LMF or RMF never played as a striker. But he won every individual award in 2008. Balon d or, Fifa best, Golden boot, premier league best player etc. Some of the recods in that year are still unbreakable. 🐐🐐🐐

Leave Messi and Ronaldo topic for a moment and just be more logical as we are comparing two entirely different role players for their teams. One is proper playmaker now while the other is a striker for their teams. While it is true that both of them are highly affected by their new teams.. Messi a bit more because of his entire legacy for one club and then the team PSG itself is (coach included).
Neither am I gonna judge Cristiano this season nor Messi. They are both unfit for the teams they are playing for right now.
I will wait for better coaches at both sides to see how they do next season.

I think it's quite similiar, they both have hard times..
Messi sometimes not playing for 90 minutes, so the output quite similiar..
both are goats, lets enjoy the last of their era
