Cristiano Ronaldo has revealed that he enjoyed his time working with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and believes he still has a future in football management.
After selected clips had been released throughout the week, the first part of Ronaldo's 90-minute interview with Piers Morgan was televised on TalkTV on Wednesday evening. The Portuguese's words have already had a massive impact at Manchester United after he criticised manager Erik ten Hag, claimed he felt 'betrayed' by the club and that he was being forced out of Old Trafford.
Ronaldo also moved to slam Ralf Rangnick, who took over as interim manager last December following the sacking of Solskjaer. Ronaldo lambasted the decision to hire Rangnick, who is now Austria manager, as he is 'not even a coach' and claimed he had 'never even heard of him.'
However, the 37-year-old had far kinder words for the manager who was in charge when he returned to United. Ronaldo scored nine goals in 13 games under Solskjaer and believes he can still go on to have a good coaching career despite how things ended in Manchester.
“I love Solskjaer. I think he was a top person, because what I keep inside my heart, it's the heart of the persons. And Ole for me, is a top person… It's hard. It's hard to assume [the role] after Sir Alex Ferguson, but I think he did a good job for sure.
“You need much more time. But I never doubt that you're going to be a good coach in the future. But it was a good experience. I was, I was so pleased to work with him even for a short period.”
There was yet more criticism for Rangnick, however. When asked if he believes the German knew what he was doing he replied: “No, they don't. They knew with the club, very well.
"But they don't know the main dimension of the club inside, the history of the club. Which is, for me, surprised me even more. Which is when you sack Ole Solskjaer, you should bring a top manager, not a sports director.”

▶Van Gaal: "United is a commercial club" ▶Di Maria: "They signed me to sell shirts" ▶Ibrahimovic: "The structure is so old school" i found a small mentality ▶Mourinho: "You don't know what happen behind the scene" becoming second with United is my best achievement" ▶Sanchez "I asked my agent to get me back to Arsenal after the first training" ▶Bailly " They should stop playing the English guys and give everyone a chance" ▶Ralf " United needs to change the whole structure" They need more facilities" You may hate Ronaldo's act but you should understand his concerns.... it takes someone with balls to spill out what's happening behind the scene in Manchester united.. you'll forever remain a Legend in the history of football.

Imagine giving a 90minute explosive interview at the same time your teammates are playing a match and you think Ronaldo cares about Manchester United? That isn't the traits of a goat. He'll forever be in Messi's shadow

Nobody is arguing with all of that, others have made mention of that before him, those are pure fact moreover, The fans has been protesting for that same reason but disrespecting a manager that calls the shot at a club like Manchester United is unacceptable. that's where he got it all wrong
