The father of Guglielmo Vicario admits his son struck an immediate rapport with Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou.
The former Empoli goalkeeper moved to Spurs yesterday in a €20m cash deal.
His father, Michele, revealed to Messaggero Veneto: "He'll find a cousin in London...
"A week ago Guglielmo made a video call with his new coach, Postecoglu. They spoke in English, the coach told him that he had been chosen because, just like him, he had followed a certain path.
"And then he was shocked to hear that he already knew English...".
