Spain star Dani Olmo has spoken out about his future, with his £50million release clause set to expire soon.

Mirror Football understands that clubs from the Premier League and Spain are interested in Olmo, with his release clause expected to be triggered before it expires next Monday. Olmo has starred for Spain at Euro 2024, having scored three goals and provided two assists.

The likes of Arsenal and Barcelona have been credited with an interest in the RB Leipzig star, while it is understood Chelsea and Liverpool are unlikely to make a move for him. If Olmo's release clause does expire, Leipzig will demand between £60m and £70m for his services.

When asked about the release clause by Spanish radio El Larguero," Olmo said: "Yes, they [interested clubs] already know what to do." And when it was put to him that clubs will find it 'easier' to sign him before the clause expires, he admitted: "That's it. Otherwise they'll have to fight a little later. Exactly."

Olmo was also quizzed about his future by Spanish outlet Cadena SER, adding: "I'm not worried. I have my people who take care of everything. I have too much to do with the Euros to think about other things.

"Especially now with the final ahead. I don't have anything else on my mind." When asked if he is interested in leaving Leipzig after five years, Olmo said: "We'll see. I have a contract with RB Leipzig. It's not something I think about.

"The people I trust already know my opinion and what I want to do. That's the only thing that matters. All I want is to win and keep winning. I said that when I renewed my contract. They wanted to make a winning project and that is why I renewed.

"I want to win titles. So we will see, In the end, we [he and Leipzig] have a very good relationship, both with the coach and with the sporting management, so there won't be any problems."

For now, though, Olmo remains firmly focused on trying to win the Euros with Spain. "We are very close now, one step away from glory," he told Mundo Deportivo after their semi-final win over France.

"We planned the game very well and, although we conceded a goal, we knew how to react with the spectacular goal from Lamine [Yamal] and then with my own. And in the second half we knew how to control it."
