Manchester United star Daniel James has praised Arsenal ahead of their Premier League fixture against the Reds at the Emirates Stadium.
The Gunners are yet to win since Mikel Arteta was appointed as Unai Emery's successor whereas United have won their last two fixtures in the league against Newcastle and Burnley.
James - who played 90 minutes in the 1-1 draw against the Gunners back in September - was asked for his verdict on Arsenal in recent weeks despite their lack of wins.
The 21-year-old praised the north London side and expects to see the famous rivalry renewed yet again between the two teams.
He told Stadium Astro: "They're a great team, obviously everyone knows that.
"There has been some great rivalry over the years and that's something everyone expects to see today."
With Chelsea dropping points against Brighton, United can move within two points off the top four with a win.
The winger is eager to see the team focus on getting the job done, rather than think about their rivals.
"Chelsea dropped points, so did other teams," he added.
"All we can do today is focus on ourselves."
James hopes the Reds can kick start 2020 with a win to keep the momentum going as they look to secure a return to the Champions League.
He said: "Two great wins before the New Year and it's a massive game today.
"It's something we're all looking forward to playing.
"We want to continue that run."
