David Beckham is watching Salford City for the first time since becoming a co-owner of the National League club.
The former England captain is in the stands at Salford's Peninsula Stadium for their match against Dover Athletic on Saturday afternoon.
He was naturally the centre of attention as he arrived at the stadium, with fans clamouring for autographs and selfies.
Beckham was accompanied by his son Romeo and close friend Dave Gardner and met up with Phil Neville, who was with his son Harvey.
Beckham, 43, took a 10 per cent stake in the club last month and was appointed as a director along with his former Manchester United team-mates Gary Neville, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, Nicky Butt and Phil Neville.
These 'Class of 92' graduates now own 60 per cent of the fifth-tier club, with Singapore businessman Peter Lim owning the other 40 per cent.
Beckham's appointment as a club director was formally approved by the Football Association on January 31 and it had been planned that he would be introduced to fans at the FA Trophy match against Maidstone United two days later.
The visit was then postponed, with the fixture having been rearranged because of the weather.
Salford said in a post on their official Twitter feed on Friday: 'We're looking forward to welcoming a new face to The Peninsula Stadium tomorrow.
'New co-owner David Beckham will be in attendance at our game against Dover Athletic! #WelcomeBecks'.
It was a stark change of scenery from the last game Beckham attended, which was the Champions League match between Man United and Paris Saint-Germain at Old Trafford on Tuesday.
The Ammies, who have risen from the eighth-tier Northern Premier League Division One North to the fifth level since the Class of 92 takeover in 2014, are now pushing for promotion to the Football League.
The high-profile directors have also overseen extensive redevelopment work to their stadium at Moor Lane, which now has a capacity of 5,106, and have taken the club full-time.
They are currently fifth in the National League, on course for the end of season play-offs.
Beckham is also the owner of the American club Inter Miami, who are due to join Major League Soccer in 2020 as an expansion franchise.

I cant make my mind up when I see his picture whether is a smug look or that¿s just his smile? And why has he three out of shape Tubboids acting as minders from the public? Any one of them could keel over clutching their chest if a scuffle to touch Beckham occurred.
