The Lillywhites will be without some key players at Molineux on Saturday evening
Mauricio Pochettino has been dealt a blow with the news that Victor Wanyama, Eric Dier and Danny Rose will be absent for Saturday evening's game against Wolves.
Having already played fixtures against Man City and West Ham this week, the Lilywhites' hectic schedule continues with a trip to Molineux.
With the manager making 10 changes for the 3-1 win over the Hammers in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday evening, he is once again likely to shuffle his pack as they travel to Nuno Espirito Santo's side.
However, he will have to make do without the injured trio.
Wanyama, who featured in the midweek win in east London, is unavailable for the game after sustaining an injury to his left knee against the Hammers.
Dier and Rose are also set to miss out due to respective thigh and groin injuries, with the club confirming that it is unlikely that they will return before the international break in the middle of the month.
That means they will be absent from next week's crucial Champions League clash against PSV, as well as the trip to Crystal Palace next Saturday.
Experienced defender Jan Vertonghen will also be missing once again as he continues his rehabilitation from a hamstring injury.
The Belgian international is due to return to action at the start of December.
