Borussia Dortmund want to sign Mats Hummels back from Bayern Munich, according to Sport Bild.
Bild said that Borussia Dortmund want to sign Mats Hummels back from Bayern Munich, the concrete talks between both clubs have already been made.
They also claim that Hummels has been thinking about a move for several weeks and will decide whether to go back to Dortmund. The player will have to accept a pay cut from the €12m per year he currently earns at Bayern to under €10m at Dortmund.
Bayern informed Niko Kovač about the possible sale of Hummels, the coach has accepted. The fee is expected to be between €15m and €20m plus add ons.
Hummels has won three domestic league titles since he returned to Bayern Munich from Borussia Dortmund in May 2016. He was also the regular starting defender for Germany when they won the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
