In May 2012 Dzeko opened the scoring against Queens Park Rangers and looked to have set City on our way to victory – only for the relegation-threatened visitors to respond with two goals in the second half to put the Blues on the brink.
Dzeko: "When I scored that goal [equaliser], everyone just woke up and everyone was back in the stadium, starting to believe again, even though there was only two or three minutes left."
"When Aguero scored, it was a crazy feeling – the best feeling in my whole career," Dzeko smiled. "I don't think it will ever happen again."

I remember that game very well . I was watching it. I started watching the 2nd half actually. That time I was anti Man U. Man U was very ,very good. With Sir Alex. They were the best team by far. Chelsea and L/pool weren't bad though. City had just become consistent under coach Mancini. I had bn following Man City during the time of Robinho around 2007/2008. Man City had a lot of Brazilian players ,I loved Brazil (still do but Argentina is # 1 bcos of Messi obviously) so I used to follow Brazilian players a lot. To cut the story short , I wanted Man City to win. Many Man U supporters were so ,so boastic (used to boast a lot). They used to say they would match Barca (which was far ,far the best team 2008-2012) . Until the 2008 and 2011 UCl finals when Man U was utterly humiliated by Messi and co. From that period City become my English club. They were never as dominant as they are 2day. I remember watching them losing games to "average" teams. So that goal by Aguero was so so special for me too . The last games were at the same time . Man U was winning at Old Trafford (Old Trafford used to be Old Trafford). Abt in the 80sth (if am not mistaken) QPR scored to make it 2-1 in their favour. I thought there was nothing Man City could do abt it. Maybe just make it 2-2. Winning? Nobody thought of that. Man U game finished ,and Man U started to celebrate, the fans in the stadium at Old Trafford, and the supporters where I was watching from . Some guys actually started boasting that Man City would never win any trophy in the era of Sir Alex Ferguson. I think Sir Alex had said sth like that himself too. But lo and behold,Aguero struck in the dying seconds. And ,as they say , the rest is history.

Balotelli had just one EPL assist in all his City career, it was that goal... what's more, he assisted the goal lying down, that's what you call an iconic moment
