EFL Cup 3rd round draw: Man City face Preston, Arsenal take on Forest

Clubs found out their third-round opponents during the draw, with teams involved in European competitions entering the EFL at this stage.

The EFL Cup heats up with the addition of top-flight clubs Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham, Chelsea, Wolves and 2018-19 winners Manchester City in the third round.

The 16 matches commence on Monday September 23.
