Utd now have got a solid structure in management and they know, after a decade of decay, success will take time. but he has no clue of what he wants to do. no creativity. this is not a school club like ajax with 19-20 year old kids having a breakout season and doing everything as asked. these are well established players who need to be taken care of very cautiously like top managers do, make the best out of what is available rather than changing everything to suit their vision. this strict discipline based coaching never worked in epl as it is much overhyped and players playing there feel like they are gods. not their mistake, it's the fans.
