Issues away from the football pitch appear to be never ending for Barcelona, with eight club members, who are part of the platform Dignitat Blaugrana (Blaugrana Dignity), denouncing the board on Tuesday.
This follows the infamous Barcagate scandal and the crisis at board level that followed later and recently became public knowledge.
This complaint is in relation to both issues, with the eight members being: Ricard Faura, Francisco Sol, Xavier Flores, Antoni Sanchez, Anton Miret, Emili Perona, Antoni Domenech and Marc Perona.
They consider that Barcelona's board have not been transparent with their members with relation to the matters concerning the social media controversy that led to the so-called Barcagate scandal, according to Esport3.
In addition, they have denounced those involved for an alleged crime of unfair administration and corruption among individuals committed by a member of the board, or its senior executives, and also by those responsible for I3 Ventures and related companies, Esport3 add.
They have also pointed to Emili Rousaud's statements after he was removed from office by president Josep Maria Bartomeu.
In these statements he claimed that the invoices for the contract with I3 Ventures had been paid in instalments in order to avoid the club's internal controls.

Too much crap continues to take place! The problems existed before the pandemic crisis. For a club so well managed, how has it reached to a point where you ask your players to take a 70% cut in salary? And how long will this cut in salary be for? What about senior management, are they taking a cut equivalent to 70% also? The real problem is, the club seem to have been mismanaged over the years! One of the biggest and most respected club in the football world have reached a stage where you have to make such a drastic cut with salaries? Something is not adding up! Time for Bartomeu to go! This is about saving Barcelona FC!
You made a good point until the pay cut stuff. How do you expect someone sitting at home doing nothing to be paid such amount of salaries weekly or do you think this is just an ordinary monthly peanut people nornally get? The pay cut is very very essential for the betterment of the club and it's management. ATM took the same 70% pay cut and based on the players comment, they were very happy with it and set a good example for other top clubs in the world, this things affect the players very little considering how rich they are already. Health workers are in a front line every day, trying to save lives and l think that is more important than players sitting at home doing nothing and making millions. Having said that, the entire management of Barça as a club has to go and replaced by a better one.

Barcelona's board is sinking faster than the Titanic hit... I love it because we haven't been managed well for years and have a Headless group of Chickens leading FC Barcelona. Enough is enough just can't wait for Elections and pray we get a Better President that will care about this club and also La Masia products #Bartomeu OuT

“For a club so well managed” - proceeds to explain why the club is not well managed. Barcelona haven’t been well managed for YEARS. Liverpool are well managed club. Bayern are a well managed club. And by this I’m talking about more than just results but financially, the control of the squad and wage structure. Barcelona are run as if the board room is filled with headless chickens. That’s not a new thing. A healthy club use 50% of their budget on wages. Barcelona reportedly use 80% of the budget. Barcelona are not a healthy club and they are not a well managed club.

It is not financially feasible for any big club in all the European leagues to continue paying the kind of salaries footballers are paid for 9 months under the prevailing coronavirus state of affairs without risking getting bankrupt. Football is not run on any sound financial model worthy emulating, look at Barcelona for example; it's not long when they got good money for the sell of Neymar. Sadly almost the same season they flashed this money on misfiring Dembele and Lenglet if im not mistaken, no investment no savings what sort of a business can survive when run in such a dubious business trajectory?
