England stars are back in training after reporting for international duty at St George's Park on Monday ahead of upcoming fixtures.

The Three Lions are hard at work preparing for their friendly clash against Australia at Wembley before hosting Italy in a European Championship qualifying match.

Gareth Southgate named his England side as stars from a host of Premier League sides and Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham made their way to link-up with the Three Lions.

Bukayo Saka was initially involved before meeting with England staff where it was decided he would withdraw from the squad due to an ongoing injury.

However, Gunners team-mate Declan Rice joined the likes of Manchester United's Marcus Rashford and Man City stars Kyle Walker and Jack Grealish.

Tottenham star James Maddison was all smiles as he joined in team training drills after starring in a weekend win over Luton that took Spurs to the top of the Premier League.

Grealish stretched off during a warm-up as he eyes more minutes on his return from injury after failing to get off the bench in Sunday's defeat against Arsenal.

Bellingham looked right at home after making the short-haul trip from Madrid where he scored twice in a weekend win over Osasuna that see's him keep his place as LaLiga's top scorer heading into the international break.

Kieran Trippier cut a stern figure while he was pictured taking part in a gym session alongside several other England stars during a day of activity at St George's Park.

Rice linked up with Arsenal colleague Eddie Nketiah as the pair took a stroll across the grass on one of the picturesque pitches at the Three Lions base.

Conor Gallagher is Chelsea's sole representative with the England squad and went through rigorous stretching drills within the confines of the team headquarters.

Rashford reported looking slightly more relieved than what he would have been if Manchester United hadn't rescued a 2-1 win over Brentford at Old Trafford on Saturday.

His club team-mate Harry Maguire also featured two-days after making his first Premier League start of the season.

Other England stars hoping for a chance to get minutes in upcoming international matches are AC Milan defender Fikayo Tomori and Crystal Palace centre-back Marc Guehi.
