Samuel Eto'o was quoted as saying that Cristiano Ronaldo was the best player of all time but he clarified on Twitter, saying that is Lionel Messi.
"I see Juve... and I don't know. They have Cristiano Ronaldo, the best of all time, or Dybala, another phenomenon, but I'd like to see the Sarri of Empoli again," said Eto'o, according to Sky Sports Italy.
However he later took to social media to say that he said, or at least meant, Ronaldo "was one of the best. The best is Messi."
Eto'o played with Messi at Barcelona between 2004-09.

I'm just happy to enjoy both, when I started watching football in 2005 because of Ronaldinho, After I started watching Messi and started comparison between him and Ronaldo but with time I just saw that they're Two sides of a Coins and stopped comparison because they make each other better... Their careers are coming to an End this decade, they both respect each other so we as Fans should respect both and stop Comparison but just their Careers because this is going to be a Huge Vacuum in Football once they retire and I don't want that to happen but wish them either play or end up playing together before they retire...
