Moyes has concerns about their lack of goalscoring form this season and is eager to bring in a new centre-forward in January.
Sky Sports' Rob Dorsett is reporting Manchester United striker Josh Zirkzee and Arsenal's Gabriel Jesus are both on Everton's radar.
A loan move for Zirkzee could be on, though Everton face competition from West Ham and Serie A clubs for the former Bologna star.
Meanwhile, Gabriel Jesus is also interesting Everton, though much will depend on whether Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta can be persuaded to let the Brazil international leave.
Gabriel Jesus returned to training last week after suffering a knee injury last season.

Why do MU players always ask to leave when they don't feature regularly? This happened in all top teams, the most important thing is to take your chances when they come, then the coach will eventually give you more chances

Gabriel Jesus is a very important player for. Forget his injury layoff. He's due back, and will score many goals. So, he's not for sale!

No player is leaving Arsenal until summer. We need everyone on board to challenge for everything
Jesus has stated that he is staying with Arsenal until his contract expires in 2027. And hopefully he will be given another contract.
