Former Man United star Louis Saha revealed what Marcus Rashford must change if he wishes to earn a second chance at Old Trafford.
Rashford joined Aston Villa on loan in winter after effectively being exiled by Red Devils boss Ruben Amorim, and he is slowly finding his feet again under Unai Emery.
The winger has three goals and four assists in all competitions, and was recently included in Thomas Tuchel's inaugural England squad for the Three Lions' World Cup qualifiers last month.
Villa are covering at least 75 per cent of Rashford's £315,000-a-week salary and have an option to make his move permanent at the end of the season for £40million.
There is no concrete evidence as to whether Rashford will ever play for United again, but former striker Saha believes the 27-year-old could suit up in red next season under one condition.
The Frenchman said: 'I think he can go back to Manchester United, but he needs to change his personality and mindset.
'He has proved on the pitch what a top player he is, but all of this ego stuff he has to get rid of – it's as simple as that. If you want to destroy defences and help the team be successful, you have to do it in so many different ways.
'It's not about his teammates or the manager, it's about him and until his attitude changes we won't see the real Marcus Rashford.
'I, like many, am a big fan and was really upset when he left Manchester United because of the reasons for it breaking down at Old Trafford, but especially more the way he is performing at Aston Villa.
'He has no excuses. It's not about people, tactics or connections with the fans and it's 'bulls***' for me anyone who says it is. It's his job to find solutions and adapt.
'I do believe he can do it and if he decides to do it, I genuinely think he can do it anywhere in the world.'

Luis Saha should focus on his business he's doing that had given him billions, sport analysis is not his thing, he had flopped on this one. He should had firstly ask Rashford if he needed any second chance of returning to toxic old Trafford. Rashford is going to be playing UCL quarter final today, something that will never happen at Man Utd, not in 100 years time. Who in this world don't like good things?
being a leader comes with a price and rashford was supposed to carry his team coz everybody believed in the star he is so he needed to show character he needed to embrace criticism and not shy away from it or maybe show me a top player who's not talked about..it's very embarrassing to even talk about rashfords desire he needed to be the Rooney he carries that number on his back why not carry his burning spirit aswel the desire to be the best and passion for the club.

his wealthy shouldn't limit him from contributing factors concerning his beloved team.he only speaks the truth about the boy we all love and wish well it doesn't feel good losing good players from academy and see them do extremely well,it's really fucked up.rashford should learn to show love for his boyhood club the club pay him well and he gets his pay in full without any taxes he should appreciate that otherwise i know where saha is coming from.
Rashford gave his all for Man Utd. They started blaming him unnecessarily when they had Ten Hag, criticizing him him for loses like he's the only one on the team. If a club become toxic for you and you find love elsewhere, won't you go there?

What more can we expect from a bitter Arsenal fan… someone who has never won a UCL and will never even in a 100 years.. last EPL was 21 years ago… Second in the league is your new title…

It's his big lucrative contractor which has turned him into a big daddy party animal life style which affected his game mentality leading to poor performance and poor relationship with Amorim. He is doing well now because he desperate to get into England team. Once World Cup is over, you can be sure he will get back to his old lazy uninterested self again whist shamefully pocketing weekly high wages.
