Leicester fans made their feelings known towards Harry Maguire at the weekend, but their chants backfired spectacularly just minutes into the game at Old Trafford.
Magurie was jeered by the travelling supporters when he touched the ball and a chant was directed his way.
"F*** off Maguire, we don't need you, we've got Soyuncu," they sung.
Nevertheless, just eight minutes into the game, the Turkish defender was at fault, bringing down Marcus Rashford in the penalty area.
The England striker stepped up and dispatched the spot kick coolly and the goal proved to be decisive as United returned to winning ways.

Am sad to hear that..I saw the match they booed him whenever he got the ball but he played till last day of preseason and he participated all practice session and they sold him to the highest money so it's baseless to talk trash about him..They should boo or say f*** off to their board for not bought a replacement when they have money in their hand... Kante, mahrez went to big clubs too when they has their offer even Madison and vardy will leave too if they get any its up to them to support the players they have...Maguire did well during his time at Leicester and he deserves respect for that..More importantly he is a Red devil now and he has our support...GGMU

I dnt seem to understand some fans! if Maguire were maybe a Tottenham player and then moved to maybe Chelsea, their grievances could be understood since the two clubs are direct and cross-town rivals. He left Leicester to Man Utd n they make a fuss out of it....why? Ngolo Kanté left for Chelsea, Danny Drinkwater left for Chelsea as well, Riyad Mahrez left for Man City and no fuss was made. But Maguire's case is different coz he left for Man Utd n he's the most expensive defender... Leicester fans pls pls pls. Wuna lef pipo shaaah

Unappreciative Leicester fans are unprofessional by booing Maguire who helped them win their first ever pl tittle few years back , they should have been proud of him , and accept the fact a player at some point may want to move on for a greater challenge .
