Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne is the highest-rated player in the Premier League on FIFA 23, while Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo has dropped to joint second-best.
EA Sports has confirmed the 25 highest-rated Premier League players on FIFA 23, following on from their release of the top 22 and ambassador's player ratings. Five players share the number one spot for the highest-rated player in FIFA 23, with Man City's De Bruyne joined by Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe, Robert Lewandowski and Karim Benzema.
De Bruyne's rating of 91 out of 99 makes him not only the joint-highest in the game, but also the outright highest in the Premier League. Man United's Ronaldo has dropped from 91 to 90 overall in FIFA 22, meaning the 37-year-old is joint with Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk as the second-best player in the league.
FIFA 23 will be the fifth-consecutive FIFA title where De Bruyne has been 91 overall and the highest-rated player in the Premier League. This is also the fourth consecutive year that has seen Ronaldo receive a downgrade to his FIFA rating, with the Portugal international rated 94 overall in FIFA 19.
Here are the best Premier League players on FIFA 23, confirmed today by EA Sports.
As well as De Bruyne, eight other City stars feature in the Premier League top 25, whilst Casemiro and David De Gea join Ronaldo as the United representatives. Here's the full list of the 25 highest-rated Premier League players in FIFA 23.
Erling Haaland, Ederson, Aymeric Laporte and Riyad Mahrez have all remained the same as their FIFA 22 rating as they all make the top 25. Joao Cancelo, Ruben Dias, Bernardo Silva and Rodri all received upgrades as City look set to boast one of the best squads in the game. De Gea has increased by three overall ratings in FIFA 23, jumping to 87 overall. Casemiro remains as 89 rated, but there's no room for Bruno Fernandes or Jadon Sancho, despite the duo having a rating of 88 and 87 overall in FIFA 22 respectively, so big downgrades are expected for the pair.
FIFA 23 will be released worldwide on Friday, September 30, 2022. FIFA 23 is the final instalment in EA Sports' FIFA franchise, with the 30-year partnership between EA and FIFA coming to an end earlier this year.
FIFA 23 is developed by EA Vancouver and EA Romania and will be available worldwide on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, Stadia, PS4, and Xbox One on September 30. Early access for FIFA 23 Ultimate Edition begins on September 27, 2022.

Never, he is too far from the legends. I meant if KDB was playing alongside the above he wouldn't have received the current hype.
How many of these legends Have 250+ assists. Uefa midfielder of the year twice. Pfa player of the year twice. Iffs playmaker of the year. 4 times assist leader. Reached 20 assists in one season. Epl player of the year twice. The nation's player of the year 5 times. And so many other achievements. Kdb may not have a lot of fame or trophies or players for won of the greatest times like Madrid, barca or man u. But his individual achievements for a midfielder are one of the best in history. But nostalgic fools won't acknowledge his feats because they are stuck in the past. Pathetic 😠😠

There was a time when we had top class midfielders like Xavi, Iniesta, Gerrard, Lampard, Scholes, Pirlo, Kaka, Beckham etc . Now there's only one midfielder KDB so this man is praised lot. What if there were many like earlier year's. Do you think KDB will continue to receive the hype he gets now.

The guy dropped in rating after being named in the Premier league team of the year and scoring 24 goals last season for a terrible United side. What are you on about? Meanwhile Messi somehow still has a higher rating than him despite coming off of one of the worst individual seasons in history.
Ronaldo dropped by one point, and it was probably since his season was worse (but not bad) after he left Juve. Did he deserve it? Probably not. There is also no denying that Ronaldo's stats have been declining for the past years, which explains why he's been losing one point. Meanwhile before Messi joined PSG he was still amazing. Then joins his new club and has one bad season (which is like a good season for most players). He loses 2 points. I think this explains it.

Joke of the year, if these players are supossed to be this good how Arsenal don't have a player above 83 rating and how they are still ahead of Man United since last season?
