Pro footballer and FIFA cult hero Adebayo Akinfenwa has received a special gift from EA Sports, being sent a first-of-its-kind 100-rated FIFA Ultimate Team card to celebrate his recent Instagram milestone.
Having achieved a significant Instagram following of over one million, the 36-year-old English-born striker becomes the first player to ever receive an Ultimate Team card with a rating over 99 and has been given some ridiculous stats to boot.
With hypothetical perfect 100s across the board for Pace, Dribbling, Shooting, Defending, Passing and Physicality, it's become pretty clear that the card won't actually be made available to use within FIFA 19's Ultimate Team game mode, but it's a great gesture from EA regardless.
Akinfenwa has always been notorious for his incredible strength, a notable characteristic which has seen him achieve cult figure status amongst FIFA players who've exploited his unbelievably high physical stats in-game for years.
The striker has racked up hundreds of appearances over the course of his career for a plethora of clubs including Swansea City, Millwall, Northampton Town, AFC Wimbledon and, at present, Wycombe Wanderers, for whom he has scored 34 goals in 107 appearances.
Having only very recently been dethroned as the king of FIFA's strength stat by French striker Sebastien Haller, it will be interesting to see whether or not Akinfenwa will return to the top by the time FIFA20 rolls around in September.

Oh come on. Fifa is just a game guys. They give ratings to every out of the common players, like some big muscle guy Akinfenwa. Sure Ronaldo and Messi deserve it too, but they did not achieve any special like ridiculous type of milestone like Instagram or muscles or whatever. Sure they are much better than Adebayo Da Beast Akinfenwa, but EA are rather looking for something fancy. And this guy deserves it. He is quite a good example for footballers who wanna work hard to do something special like growing six packs
