Fiorentina have officially signed Fluminense striker Pedro in a deal believed to be worth €14m, with Rachid Ghezzal flying in from Leicester City too.
The Viola announced the signature of 22-year-old Brazilian forward Pedro, full name Abreu Dos Santos Pedro Herrique, this afternoon.
He flew in last night for a medical but has immediately returned to Brazil in order to finalise some red tape issues.
Pedro scored 20 goals in his last 58 games for Fluminense.
He’s not the only new arrival, as it’s reported Ghezzal is currently on a flight to Italy for his loan move from Leicester City.
It remains to be seen if Fiorentina will also have an option to buy for the 27-year-old Algeria international winger.
