I thought you knows how to read . it was written there that he s willing to accept a significantly lower salary than he received at Manchester city...so signing him is a win-win for Barcelona,he will be playing wen he s needed.. meanwhile he can still plays at the highest level for the next three seasons cos he is around 31 or 32, barca will give him 2 years contract with an option of another year , which will be activated after his first season then he will only spent 2 seasons remaining one year on his contract which will allow Barcelona to cash on him from any club from Saudi who can pay around 10 to 15million euros for his services.. that is business. of which he can still contribute something significantly within that two years cos he s always going to be available just like in the case of Inigo Martinez
