Wesley Fofana has dropped major hints that he is leaving Leicester City in favour of Champions League football with Chelsea.
The 21-year-old has been a target for the Blues, as the club undergoes a major defensive reshuffle after the departures of Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen.
With the arrival of Kalidou Koulibaly, and the expected purchase of Brighton's Marc Cucurella, it seems Chelsea are making a new back line.
And Fofana looks set to be joining at Stamford Bridge - after removing his current side Leicester City from his Twitter bio.
The social media move, which looks to have been changed on Tuesday morning, has got Blues fans excited despite the lack of an official announcement.
Furthermore, a French quote on Instagram, when translated, reads: 'My father told me you're going to annoy a lot of people when you start doing what's best for you and I've begun to realise it.'
It might not be related to a potential Chelsea move - but one of Fofana's friends previously posted a photograph of the defender in a Blues kit.
Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers had previously insisted that Fofana is not for sale this summer, but it appears his wishes may have been overruled.
Chelsea are reportedly willing to up their bid for Fofana if they cannot agree with Leicester, with the Foxes thought to be asking for £85m for the French defender.
The move has left Leicester fans concerned about the state of the Foxes' defence going into the Premier League season.
One tweeted: 'Fofana is going and that's a huge problem for us... 5 days before our 1st game to which most of our other defenders we've tried to sell and we have Evans who can't stay fit.'
Another believed 'we are quite literally getting relegated' as a result of Fofana's exit from the King Power Stadium.
Leicester City's Premier League campaign begins at home to Brentford on Sunday.

We offloaded Pogba, Matic, Mata and Lingard. All 4 first-team players replaced by one 30-year old free agent, Eriksen. We offloaded Cavani and do not have Greenwood anymore, and we are yet to sign a replacement while we have only two strikers left at the club. One has been inconsistent since he joined and his loan move was a complete disaster, while the other doesn't seem to be interested playing for us anymore and wants to leave. EtH when joined United, he said I want all my new signings done before pre-season starts. The league starts in 5 days and we are no where near ready to start our campaign. Rebuild is a process and will take time but if this is the 'new United' then we are still years away from bouncing back. We have been patient but again the club failed in securing key signings this summer. The season is yet to start and they are already failing the new Manager. Clubs which won major trophies in the past seasons, already done their business in strengthening their already competitive squad. While Man Utd, in need of a total overhaul, still running after one player the whole transfer window while ignoring the rest of the areas we desperately need reinforcement. The squad depth in our team is a total joke and we're full of average and mediocre players which will not make the bench at the current top Teams. This one again is on the Man Utd board. Spending big money on players doesn't necessarily mean a good transfer window, but when you're Man Utd, in need of a total rebuild to back your new Manager, you're expected to be amongst the top clubs showing character and determination that you want success back! This helps the club to attract quality signings who will be impressed by the new project and not having to beg players to play for us by offering ridiculous amount of wages. We can troll City or Chelsea all we want for spending big money but at the end of the day, when the clubs are winning big titles, have great football projects, attracting quality and top players, no one bats an eye on the money spent! It's all about the beautiful football and trophies.

Barcelona thought they hurt Chelsea by signing Raphinha We signed Rahim Sterling in almost same week Bayern thought they are hurting Chelsea by signing Deligt Chelsea signed Koulibaly before they even completed Deligt Now Barcelona thought they are hurting Chelsea by signing Kounde Chelsea are now close to signing Cucurella What makes me happy is that in both deals, Chelsea made them pay More for average players Chelsea could agree Cucurella deal today,he will be our left center back as well as a backup for Chilly Chelsea have owners who are willing to give out money, Chelsea will be scary #Koulibaly - elite defender in Europe #Sterling - highest scoring winger under pep #Cucurella - top left back in the league
