Hazard was subbed off in the 67th minute of the game and was clearly in discomfort as he hobbled to the touchline.
And latest footage shows he was still limping after the game, walking uncomfortably to the team bus.
Real Madrid face Man City and Barcelona next week.

I respect him.. I even used to watcg chelsea games because of him.. but his form since returning from injury has been horrible.. I'm even confident that the squad will now get back to winning ways no that he's off.
